New Construction & Remodeling

ON-SITE CONSULTATION

We'll come to you. On-site consultations are available and estimates are always free.  
 

DESIGN & COLLABORATION

We are comfortable handling (or jumping into) any stage of a project. We can work directly with you on original designs and renderings or work from existing plans. We enjoy collaborating with clients and architects in any capacity during the design phase.
 

PLANS & PERMITS

Once designs and site plans are complete we'll work with Plan Check and Building and Safety to approve site plans and pull all appropriate permits. 

CONSTRUCTION

During the construction phase we strive to be as economical as possible with time, materials and site impact. We use high quality materials with as little waste as possible and follow best practices when disposing of waste material - recycling or reusing whenever possible. We keep a clean and organized site and attempt to be as low-impact as possible with neighbors and on-site clients.  
 

FINISH & FOLLOW-THROUGH

We're not done until final inspection is signed, the site is clean and the client is happy. We are always available after a project is complete to answer questions or follow-up as needed.
